Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to utilize exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery, ensuring that client satisfaction remains a top priority throughout your interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities.- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and resolutions to improve service efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.- Strong understanding of message queuing concepts and practices.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.- Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
