We are growing rapidly, and every Swa member shares responsibility for our future.Key Responsibilities:- Curate and craft inventive cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages using Swa syrups for prospects, clients, and industry events.- Conduct engaging tastings, workshops, and bartender training/engagement sessions for clients and their teams.- Lead client acquisition efforts: identify and win new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and food service accounts in Gujarat.- Nurture existing client relationships to drive deeper sales and account penetration.- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for new recipe launches, tailored presentations, and go-to-market strategies.- Represent Swa at local and regional events, F&B showcases, and industry collaborations.- Own revenue, sales pipeline, reporting, and innovative projects for the Ahmedabad region.Requirements:- 4+ years’ experience in mixology/bartending with a proven sales or client-facing track record in food & beverage, hospitality, or FMCG sales.- Demonstrated flair for beverage innovation, bartending, and high-energy client presentations.- Strong network builder; able to open new accounts and convert tastings/workshops into sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
