Role Description As a LinkedIn Ghostwriter & Growth Strategist at Perimattic, you will own the creation and management of high-quality LinkedIn content tailored for clients. This full-time, remote position involves producing engaging posts, crafting personal brand narratives, analyzing performance metrics, and strategizing for growth. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, writing on-brand content, managing posting schedules, and optimizing strategies to expand the client's LinkedIn presence and audience engagement. Qualifications Content Creation: Strong skills in ghostwriting, storytelling, and creating engaging LinkedIn posts. Research & Strategy: Experience conducting research on industry trends and developing growth strategies tailored for LinkedIn. Performance Analytics: Ability to track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics to improve content impact. Communication & Branding: Proficiency in personal brand development and crafting a consistent voice for diverse clients. Social Media Expertise: Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and best practices to maximize platform success. Additional Qualifications: Ability to work independently in a remote setup, excellent organizational skills, and adaptability to changing client needs.
