Department: Creative Design Designation: Senior Visualiser Experience: 4-5 years Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design creatives for digital campaigns, including social media posts, ads, banners, website elements, and emailers. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance teams to develop engaging brand visuals that align with campaign goals. Design brand identities, logos, and presentation materials for client projects. Create motion graphics or short-form videos (preferred, not mandatory). Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. Stay updated with current design, social media, and advertising trends. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar creative environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign). Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and branding. Basic understanding of social media formats and digital ad specifications (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. A strong online portfolio showcasing digital design work.
