Proficient in CAD/CAE tools and engineering documentation practices. Experience in leading cross-functional design and development teams . Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Proven ability to guide teams through complex mechanical or electromechanical product challenges. JD :(8-15 Years) 8–15 years of experience in project or program management within operations, technology, or service environments with NPD Experience. Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering preferred Proven experience in managing customer-facing projects and proposal transitions. Strong skills in planning, governance, and stakeholder management . Proficient in project management tools and reporting mechanisms.
