Responsibilities :

Project Lifecycle Participation :


- Engage in the complete lifecycle of FSCM projects, including business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Business Needs Analysis :


- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for FSCM modules

Configuration and Customization :


- Configure and customize FSCM functionalities in SAP to meet specific business requirements.

Collaboration with Developers :


- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure clear communication of functional requirements for technical implementation.

User Training and Support :


- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to business users on FSCM processes and functionalities.

Client Interaction :


- Manage client interactions, effectively communicate technical details in a business-friendly manner, and manage expectations for FSCM deliverables.

Continuous Improvement :


- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for existing FSCM functionalities, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements.

Stay Updated :


- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP FI/FSCM solutions, including S/4HANA migration considerations.

Requirements :

Experience :


- 3-5 years of experience in SAP FI/FSCM functional configuration and support.

Knowledge :


- In-depth knowledge of FSCM modules and their functionalities.

Business Processes :


- Strong understanding of business processes related to financial supply chain management.

SAP Tools :


- Experience with SAP configuration tools and methodologies.

Communication Skills :


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and other stakeholders.

Analytical Skills :


- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.

Adaptability :


- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

S/4HANA Experience :


- Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
