Role Summary:
Lead tax planning and compliance efforts, manage tax-related issues, and keep leadership informed on tax implications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws.
- Handle tax computations, deposits, returns, and audits.
- Manage stakeholder communications and interactions with tax authorities.
- Identify and implement tax process improvements.
- Advise on international tax matters and manage global cash repatriations.
- Oversee transfer pricing documentation and audits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize technology for tax process efficiencies.
Requirements:
