Application Manager – Disinfection Products & Applied Solutions(Pune – Work From Office | Gender Inclusive | Green Chemistry | B2B & B2C Applications).Role SummaryWe are seeking an Application Manager dedicated to disinfection technologies, oxidising biocides, and applied hygiene solutions .The role focuses on converting successful field trials into commercial product applications and developing solution packages for B2B and B2C markets .This includes creating scalable offerings for industries such as odour control, algae removal, food & beverage hygiene, horticulture, agriculture, sanitation , as well as identifying and developing consumer-market (B2C) disinfection and hygiene products .Key Responsibilities1. Technical Application Study & AnalysisReview results from pilot trials, field testing, and application studies across multiple segments.Analyse chemical performance, microbial efficacy, and environmental suitability of biocides and disinfectants.2. Converting Trials Into Commercial SolutionsTransform technical outcomes into market-ready B2B solution packages .Standardize application protocols, dosage guidelines, safety instructions, and sector-specific deliverables.3. B2C Product DevelopmentWork with management to conceptualize and develop consumer-oriented disinfection and hygiene products , such as:Odour control solutionsBuild user instructions, packaging guidelines, and application use-cases suitable for retail consumers.4. Technical Documentation & Knowledge BuildingPrepare SOPs, application notes, dosage charts, case studies, user manuals , and application guides.Document success stories and create comparative evaluations with alternative solutions.5. Field Activities & Customer SupportConduct demonstrations, training sessions, on-site visits, and field validations.Support clients, distributors, and early adopters in usage, handling, and troubleshooting.6. Market Development & New Opportunity IdentificationMap potential sectors for both B2B and B2C disinfection applications .Explore new applications in F&B hygiene, agriculture, horticulture, odour management, water bodies, and sanitation programs.Identify emerging consumer needs and market gaps that can be addressed through green-chemistry-based products.Requirements2–5 years experience in water treatment, hygiene & sanitation, disinfection chemistry, agri-inputs, or F&B applicationsStrong technical understanding of disinfection, biosecurity, oxidising biocides, health & hygiene , and basic application chemistryAbility to convert field trials into commercial B2B solutions and B2C product offeringsStrong documentation, communication, and presentation skillsLocation: Pune – Office BasedProducts follow sustainable & green chemistry principlesAll genders welcome
