Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1)


Job Responsibilities :


  1. Employee life cycle management, Enhancing the overall employee experience (Red Carpet for New Hires and Blue Carpet for those exiting)
  2. Owning Hire Fact Sheets and making sure it is delivered to the new hire.
  3. Grievance handling, Single point of contact for company policies, HRMS, Payroll related queries, resolving the queries in a timely and complete manner.
  4. Policy guidance and administration, design, plan and implement new policies as and when required to ensure all legal compliances.
  5. Advise on appropriate policy implementation for any particular employee need - Eg: If a person is looking for time off, PEA Lead has to advise whether it would be a career break, LOP, Medical leave etc based on context; would partner with PSBP and apply policies as fit.
  6. Review forum feedback and Update Policy and Processes where necessary.
  7. To ensure statutory compliance and handling audits.
  8. Planning & organizing fun activities and events to cheer up the spirits of employees and to encourage the HAPPIER culture.
  9. Manage and create robust teams with the aim to create an awesome employee experience for all Searcians.


Qualification :


Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for a postgraduate degree in MBA in Human Resources along with:

  1. 15 - 18 years of relevant experience
  2. Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Solid customer service and relationship management skills
  4. Experience participating in mediations is required, as well as playing a part in alternative dispute resolution
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations required
  6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  7. Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
  8. Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  9. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  10. Proficient & broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providers
