Role Description
This is a Full time role for a Travel Sales Executive located on-site in New Delhi. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling tour packages, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting clients with travel inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Relevant educational background in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Salary: Negotiable based on the skills required for a DMC (Destination Management Company)
