Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and providing feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and managing a sales team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the jewellery industry and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Experience in the Jewellery Industry
