Social Media and Client Servicing Specialist

We're looking for a creative Social Media & Client Servicing Specialist - someone who balances creativity with calm, agility with articulation, and madness with method. We're looking at someone with 3-5 years of experience (preferably agency) across Delhi Check us out at :) Our imperatives first-up; A presence of integrity An absence of ego The willingness to unlearn and learn A bias for clarity, curiosity, and closure Salad-tossed with what we offer; Learning how to manage multiple brands and sectors (finance, not-for-profit, B2B, MedTech, pharma — and the next big thing) create and execute campaigns that spark conversation and convert curiosity into measurable business results partner with Indian and global market leaders across industries produce first-hand attributable industry changing outcomes instill a strong spirit of FIRE, and a work-life harmony outcome for the self grow at a rapid clip professionally (yes, our average appraisals for eight years running have been ~24% ), while having a life (yes, we did four workcations last year, two offsites, and numerous WFHs, and nine days of HPWH apart ) Sustained growth in mental and financial health A team that eschews office politics, among other forms of rubbish Contribution to 100% YoY growth (feel some pride ) Leading initiatives such as industry engagement and growth hacking, while learning what we mentioned earlier Before we get to what we'd like to see at the table; Our non-negotiables Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in an agency set-up At least 2 years of experience in project management + client servicing for sectors such as finance, not-for-profit, B2B, pharmaceuticals, and/ or MedTech Ability to visualise & conceptualise brand assets Knowledge of best practices on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Successfully ideated and executed at least five social media campaigns with business impact in the past year What we’ll probably love even more: agency experience of at least two years in-depth and operational knowledge of social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) experience in copy & content writing is a plus project management + client servicing skills - ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to seamlessly manage project workflow and closure Proactive and solution-oriented well read, well-spoken, immaculate English - both verbal and written can proof-read, edit content (long-form and short-form) has conceptualised and executed digital / social media campaigns in the past sector agnostic ability to visualise & conceptualise brand assets - creatives, videos, campaigns, et al. basic to intermediate understanding of paid media / running inorganic campaigns a little bit of madness is preferred All while ending with some reading up for you; here ; here ; and here .
