Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across various departments, including production, quality control, regulatory affairs, R&D, and administrative functions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process for different roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and culture.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an excellent candidate experience, from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including USFDA compliance and documentation standards.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including induction, training, and integration into the company culture.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing Immacule Lifesciences’ employer brand by promoting the company as an employer of choice within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, providing insights for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Experience in recruiting for USFDA-regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., USFDA, GMP).

Skills:

  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
