This role is ideal for someone with around five years of experience in instructional design who excels at transforming complex content into engaging and visually compelling learning experiences. If you are passionate about design, storytelling, and crafting impactful learning journeys using modern tools, this is the perfect opportunity to grow and thrive.Key Responsibilities:Instructional DesignDevelop engaging and effective learning content using instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and modern design frameworksVisual StorytellingCreate visually appealing presentations and learning assets using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Vyond to enhance learner engagementContent DevelopmentCollaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical or business content into learner-friendly formatsMultimedia IntegrationDesign and integrate multimedia elements including videos, animations, and infographics to support diverse learning modalitiesLearning Experience DesignBuild interactive and learner-centric experiences for digital, blended, and instructor-led formatsQuality AssuranceReview and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning objectivesTool MasteryLeverage authoring tools and platforms such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond to produce high-quality learning materialsProject CollaborationWork closely with project managers, graphic designers, and developers to deliver projects on time and within scopeRequired Qualifications and Skills4 to 6 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience designExceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and VyondStrong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, and adult learning principlesExperience designing for various formats including eLearning, microlearning, ILT, VILT, and blended learningExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesCreative mindset with attention to detail and learner engagementEducational Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Psychology, or a related fieldMaster’s degree or PG Diploma in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields is preferredCertifications in Instructional Design (e.g., ATD, IDOL Academy, NIIT, KPMG) are highly desirableProficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Vyond, Adobe Suite) with portfolio/certification is an added advantagePreferred Attributes:Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Illustrator, or PhotoshopExposure to agile learning development and rapid prototypingFamiliarity with LMS platforms and SCORM or xAPI standardsPassionate about visual design, storytelling, and continuous improvementWhy Join Us:Work on high-impact learning projects that make a real differenceCollaborate with a passionate and innovative teamCompensation:The compensation structure will be as per industry standard
