SUMMARY OF JOB
The responsibility of Sales Engineer is to maintains and expand market share in Gutor UPS business in Oil & Gas and key industrial segments for the market.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and executing action plans with structured and planned sales activities toward sustainable and profitable orders intake and sales of Gutor offer based on the established and new business models and go-to-market approaches.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for assessing existing market potential and defining new opportunities and markets for growing Gutor business.
The Sales Engineer is to secure Gutor succeeding as the Team based on whole customer experience from marketing and sales activity through tendering, project execution and after- sales service and customer support.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead generation from new customer & new segment and establishing long terms customer relationship with the targeted end users, and EPC in the countries included into the area.
Meeting with customers engineering and technical teams to communicate and promote Gutor value proposition.
Preparing technical and commercial quotations (with the support of Tendering team) for FEED, EPC stage bid to bid, and Firm EPC bid to buy stages of targeted projects in his respective regions and close cooperation for ensuring ownership (with stakeholders- end users, multiple EPC located in different regions).
Win the targeted projects in accordance with Gutor sales guidance.
Responsible for payment collection from the customers for the sales done.
Consistently searching for feedback on Gutor performance from existing customers - end users and partners and sharing this information with colleagues internally for celebrating Gutor Team success and developing improvement actions if necessary.
Attentively follow market trend and key competition movements to anticipate and adjust sales tactics to increase Gutor market share and protect existing installed base and long-term partnership with customers.
Master discipline and accuracy in using sales tool for managing targeted customers, opportunities and tendering activities including Bid-to-Bid and Bid-to-Buy proposal submission and approval in accordance with Gutor Sales Guidance and processes.
Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual orders target achievement in accordance with the annual orders target provided for the area.
Drive new business opportunities, comprehend the individual local markets, develop an appropriate strategy/business plan for their area
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION - MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
Electrical engineering degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:
Selling experience – Fresher or maximum of 2 years in the UPS industry
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - REQUIRED:
Interested in selling and growing business.
Knowledge on customer engagement
Penetration into new customer
Drive for Results – strong will to compete and win and and achieve in business environment
Organization skills and time management
Understanding on Business development activities
Effective communication skills both written and verbal for interface with customers and co-workers
