Role: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Chennai Experience: 6+ years Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty. Plan and manage digital campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), SEO, email, and SMS marketing. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging, content, and visual assets that resonate with target audiences. Own the customer journey , from awareness to post-purchase engagement, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on business goals and customer feedback. Stay on top of consumer trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for brand and business growth. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in (industry e.g., e-commerce, FMCG). Proven success in driving customer acquisition and retention via digital channels. Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media strategy, and CRM tools. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
