We leverage advanced technology and streamlined processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and scalability in our operations.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.- Handle statutory audits and liaise with auditors.- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee journal entries.- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.- Advise management on tax planning and financial strategies.- Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.Qualifications- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI.- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.- Proficiency in Logic ERP accounting software and MS Excel.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills- Experience in the apparel or retail industry.- Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost management.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.What We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits.- Flexible working environment.- Exposure to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
