Responsibilities Assist in coordinating delivery schedules and logistics for various projects. Support the operations team in maintaining accurate inventory records. Participate in quality control checks to ensure product standards are met. Help prepare reports and documentation related to delivery operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting any delivery-related issues that may arise. Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide timely updates on their orders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of supply chain management and delivery logistics is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. PowerBI and Data Analysis is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
