- us:Demonstrate extensive knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition, specifically within the realm of Supply Plann- ing.Ensure solution usability and uptime by promptly addressing customer issues, maintaining data load accuracy, and verifying end-to-end workflows for supply plann- ing.Identify design flaws in the current setup and collaborate with other o9 consultants to address supply planning-related business challenges. Act as the primary contact for any platform-level upgrade/patch/hot fix specific to supply plann- ing.Customize the o9 platform configurations based on post-go-live change requests and enhancements to enhance supply planning capabilities and address significant supply chain challen- ges.Develop and implement test cases for workflow and data analytics in supply planning, managing bug tracking and resolution processes using support to- ols.Facilitate Super User and End User training focused on global supply planning practi- ces.Actively contribute to enhancing internal processes and supply planning features based on user feedback by engaging with the development and operations te

- ience:Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning applications, with a significant emphasis on supply pla- nning.Demonstrated experience in leading complex supply planning projects across various industries, ensuring effective integration and implementation of planning solu- tions.Educ- ation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology (Btech/BE), Computer Applications (MCA), or related f- ields.Advanced degrees in supply chain management, operations research, or business analytics are pref
erred.Technical
- Skills:Proficiency in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar database/query lan- guages.Advanced statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar, showcasing the ability to apply these techniques to solve complex supply chain pr- oblems.Strong technical understanding of leading supply chain management software such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle ASCP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar pla
tforms.
