Accountabilities: ·        Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows, predictive models, and intelligent solutions to optimize business processes. ·        Collaborate with software engineering, product, and operations teams to define automation requirements and project scope. ·        Conduct thorough testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure robust, reliable AI solutions. ·        Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and cross-functional teams. ·        Analyze data, generate insights, and apply machine learning techniques to improve automation outcomes. ·        Document system architecture, methodologies, and best practices to maintain operational standards and knowledge sharing. Requirements ·        Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with hands-on software development expertise. ·        Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). ·        Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. ·        Experience with data analysis, model evaluation, and statistical methods to derive actionable insights. ·        Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. ·        Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams and mentor colleagues. ·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
