It has recording consistent growth in the topline over the last years & stands proudly at INR 200 Crores for the year 2022-23, registering a 21% CAGR. It is poised for a much sharper top line growth in the forthcoming years riding on the projects commissioned in the last year besides the strong fundamentals on Staffing, Skilling & Advisory businesses.

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Intern to join our team for a 90 Days internship. As an integral member of the Business Development department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business growth and development .

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary job responsibilities of a business development trainee include:

1. Researching potential markets and industries to identify new business opportunities.

2. Assisting in the development of marketing strategies to attract potential clients and customers.

3. Conducting market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.

4. Assisting in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and contracts.

5. Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and customers.

6. Assisting in the negotiation and closing of deals and contracts.

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth.

8. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

9. Assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

10. Attending industry events and networking to expand business connections and stay updated on industry trends.

· Duration & Compensation - The internship will last for 90 days.

· Compensation and benefits will be provided as per the company's policy.

V. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
