Job Description: Calypso Analyst Developer Role: Calypso Analyst DeveloperJob Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days from office)Experience: 8+ yearsAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Calypso Analyst Developer to enhance and optimize the Calypso solution supporting Global Markets operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customizations and improvements to ensure efficient performance and scalability—particularly for the Natixis Global Markets APAC region.Key Responsibilities: · Develop specific customizations on the NASDAQ Calypso platform to meet business and operational needs.· Implement unit tests and automated regression tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.· Participate in or execute optimization campaigns to enhance system performance and efficiency.· Develop and deploy new features and technical enhancements that improve scalability and system robustness.· Collaborate closely with business analysts and end users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Calypso Analyst Developer with hands-on implementation and customization experience.Strong proficiency in Java , SQL , and database management systems .In-depth understanding of financial products , trade lifecycle , and risk management concepts .Excellent analytical , troubleshooting , and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative team practices.Nice-to-Have Skills · Calypso certification or other relevant professional credentials.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and business teams.· Exposure to risk management systems or other financial software platforms.Integers.Ai is an equal opportunity employer.
