Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Software Sales Specialist. The Software Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies, and provide feedback to enhance product features based on client needs.

Task DescriptionVisit clinics/ labs/pharmacy as per assigned targets in the districtExplain the benefits of using the solution to the doctors/pharmacist/lab technicians/ support staff and decision makers in the facilitiesGive demos to the doctors/pharmacist/lab technicians and other usersContinue to interact with the clinics/labs/pharmacies and the management to; get feedback and coordinate with local and central team for troubleshooting, explore new opportunities, provide continuous support to clinics, doctors and other users, Support clinics in driving adoption of system by addressing local challengesReport to the manager on daily basisMove to new nearby districts, as needed, and help increase adoption of the solution in new areas

QualificationsProven experience (minimum 2 years of field sales) in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of software products and servicesAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of CRM software and sales analytics toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fieldCertifications in sales or software-related fields are a plusHealthcare related experience will be a plusSpeak English, Tamil fluently (Knowledge of Hindi and other languages is good to have)Have a vehicle to commute with valid licenseHave a laptop to carry around for demo, report creation and feedbackBe able to join immediately
