Graphic Designer – Posters   Experience:  3–5 Years  Location:  Remote  Mode of Engagement:  Full-time/Consultant  No. of Positions:  4  Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts  Industry:  IT / Digital Services  Notice Period:  Immediate Joiner  What We Are Looking For   Creative graphic designer with strong expertise in poster design, branding, marketing creatives , and modern visual storytelling.  Ability to convert concepts/briefs into high-quality, engaging designs using both traditional design tools and AI-powered design workflows .  Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma , and AI design tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, and Canva AI .  Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  Responsibilities   Create high-quality posters, marketing banners, event creatives, digital ads, and promotional materials .  Develop visually appealing layouts, typography, colour palettes, and illustrations.  Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to understand creative requirements and deliver visuals aligned with brand guidelines.  Use AI-assisted tools  to speed up ideation, enhance visuals, and generate creative concepts.  Adapt designs for web, social media, print, and multi-format requirements.  Maintain consistency in branding, quality, and creative standards across all deliverables.  Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and deliver within strict deadlines.  Stay informed on the latest design trends, AI advancements, and creative best practices.  Qualifications   2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design with a strong focus on poster creation.  Strong portfolio demonstrating poster design, layout skills, and visual creativity .  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.  Strong understanding of typography, colours, composition, and modern design principles.  Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Experience working with cross-functional teams (preferred but not mandatory).
