Execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms like Pinterest and LinkedIn Ads. Implement AI-driven tools and marketing automation and analytics to optimize campaign outcomes. Analyze performance metrics with data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Stay ahead of industry trends, including automation, marketing AI, and evolving e-commerce technologies. Oversee digital budgets and allocate ad spend efficiently for maximum returns. Implement advanced SEO and content optimization strategies to boost organic visibility. Manage and grow SILAII’s social media presence through authentic storytelling, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business). Experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite). Knowledge of AI-based marketing tools, chat automation, and CRM systems.
