Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the factory’s overall operations to ensure efficient production that meets quality and budgetary targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, resource optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the management team and staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Interpret technical drawings and schematics to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and other departments to meet product delivery timelines.
  • Provide regular reports on factory performance, production challenges, and progress toward strategic goals to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing, with a strong focus on leadership roles.
  • Proven track record as a Factory Manager or similar managerial position within the manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise in project management, budgeting, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.
