About the jobJoin the Square Fork TeamWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Ads Specialist to develop and execute impactful social media advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in creating and optimizing paid social media strategies, driving engagement, and achieving measurable results.Job Location: Central Delhi, JhandewalanExperience Required: Minimum 1 year experienceResponsibilities:* Take full ownership of planning, executing, and managing all paid media campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic channels, and affiliate networks.* Define and implement high-impact user acquisition strategies with the primary goal of driving app installs, increasing high-quality website traffic, and maximizing meaningful conversion volume.* Conduct rigorous daily campaign tracking and optimization by continuously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and alignment with overall business goals.* Lead the strategy, design, and execution of A/B testing across ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign messaging to rapidly identify and scale high-performing "winning" combinations.* Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Apps Flyer, Firebase) to accurately measure, report on, and continuously improve campaign Return on Investment (ROI) and overall marketing efficiency.* Serve as the subject matter expert by proactively monitoring and integrating the latest trends, tools, and platform updates within the ever-evolving performance marketing landscape.Requirements/Qualifications:- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices.- Proven experience in creating and managing successful social media ad campaigns.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.- Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).- Should be familiar with Meta Ads for Instagram & Facebook, Google Ads, Youtube ads, Linked In ads.- Strong creative writing and visual communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.If you are a proactive, detail-oriented leader passionate about performance marketing & Meta Ads, we’d love to hear from you
