Job Overview The Cab Booking Process Executive is a Junior-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad. This role requires handling cab booking processes efficiently within a UK BPO setup, ensuring top-notch customer service. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be well-versed in customer service software and call center telephony. The primary goal is to deliver seamless booking experiences while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications and Skills Fluent English communication skills for clear and efficient interaction with clients and colleagues. (Mandatory skill) Proficient in customer service software to manage client interactions and support tickets effectively. (Mandatory skill) Experience with call center telephony systems to handle high-volume incoming and outgoing calls. (Mandatory skill) Strong familiarity with CRM systems to accurately maintain customer information and history. Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reduce errors in bookings. Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve customer issues and booking discrepancies swiftly. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, manage data, and communicate efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls to manage cab bookings and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Ensure accuracy and completeness in booking entries, following established procedures and practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's services, protocols, and booking procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM systems to update and maintain customer records and history accurately.
