Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with promoters, merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance. Regulatory & Disclosure Oversight: Oversee preparation of offer documents, financial models, and statutory disclosures required for capital market transactions. Strategic Advisory: Advise promoters on strategic business positioning, growth capital strategy, and long-term funding roadmaps. Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing investment banking team; develop institutional relationships across banks, funds, and intermediaries. Market Intelligence: Track market trends, investor sentiment, and sectoral movements to identify new deal opportunities and optimize client positioning. Candidate Eligibility - CA/ MBA/ CFA with 15+ years of experience
