About the role:

At HyperVerge, Campus Recruitment is a key component of our talent strategy. We aim to nurture and grow our talent pipeline by engaging with colleges and universities across all disciplines. This approach will play a pivotal role in our growth plans for the coming years.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Campus Recruiter to take ownership of our annual campus recruitment efforts. In this role, you will lead the hiring process from top campuses, develop employer branding initiatives to position HyperVerge as an employer of choice for students, and foster strong relationships with universities to secure coveted Day 0 placements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire campus recruitment process, from sourcing to selection, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Build and manage relationships with college placement teams, students, and internal stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and execute engagement initiatives and branding programs across campuses to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and drive successful campus recruitment campaigns.
  • Secure Day 0 placement slots through strategic partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and documentation of campus hiring activities, maintaining accurate records and metrics.


Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, with a track record of driving successful recruitment programs.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campuses simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect effectively with placement teams and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for employer branding and positioning the company as a top employer for students.
  • Experience in engaging students and managing events across campuses is a plus.
