Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ship Superintendent for Offshore Vessels at Hoger Offshore & Marine in Mumbai. The Ship Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of offshore vessels, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing maintenance and repair activities, coordinating crew activities, and optimizing vessel performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ship and crew management and vessel maintenance
• Experience in surveys, inspection, and managing ship operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Understanding of maritime regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant degree in Marine Engineering, Chief Engineer preferred.
• Prior Experience as Suptd. will be a plus
