What You’ll DoTeach group Mat and Reformer classes Provide thoughtful, safe cueing with gentle modifications Build weekly relationships with clients and support their progress Participate in team feedback, training, and development check-ins What We’re Looking ForA genuine, client-first mindset and desire to grow Experience in Mat/Reformer Pilates or Yoga/Physiotherapy Strong verbal cueing and an encouraging teaching style Basic understanding of anatomy and movement principles Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate Comfortable in English and Hindi Certification from a recognized Pilates school (good to have, not mandatory) Perks & BenefitsFixed, predictable schedule Above-market pay + incentives Sponsored certifications, workshops & upskilling Mentorship from senior instructors and founders Opportunities to grow into senior roles Inclusive, non-commercial studio vibe where teaching feels aligned with purpose Location: Faridabad (Sector 15)Boutique studio led by a Balanced Body–certified founderScheduleMon–Sat (6 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–9 PM)(5–6 hours teaching + 1 hour team training + 2–3 hours breaks)If you love helping people move better and feel stronger — and want to grow in a kind, purpose-led space — we’d love to meet you.Instagram Link
