Experience must be from industries like- aggregate or contract crushing, construction & mining, and selling of capital equipment.1. Responsible for the achievement of agreed targets in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar & Sikkim. 2. Develop sales plans and objectives for the customer base across the assigned region. 3. Enhance relationships with key customers to build constructive and profitable business partnerships.4. Conduct market mapping and business development activities. 5. Work with the application and service team to troubleshoot product issues and support new product launches.6. Drive top-line revenue and sustainability through direct customer service management and value selling.7. Increase focus on solution development through conceptual approaches.8. Coordinate with the order desk, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth customer service.9. Maintain a collaborative environment across all levels of management, peers, and dealers.10. Address and resolve aftermarket issues promptly.11. Provide regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development, and customer satisfaction.12. Ensure all activities adhere to Company Values and current Company Policies and Procedures.ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Preferably from the crushing industry or with at least 10 years of experience from the respective market with construction equipment (e.G., excavators, hot mix plants, concrete plants).Demonstrated stability in previous roles.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and professional journals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and decision-makers.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Strong negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years of capital equipment sales experience (equipment price range: 10 crores to 30 crores).Posting Location : Kolkata
