Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our advanced color sorter machines in the agro-tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business ).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (Agro-tech/industrial equipment preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
