About the RoleWe're seeking a Motion Graphics Designer who is a creative force...Someone who can take a concept and transform it into eye-catching, dynamic visuals that capture attention and communicate complex ideas instantly. You'll be a creative lead who owns the full motion graphics process: from conceptualization and design to animation and delivery. You'll work directly with the content team to translate data-driven strategy into visually stunning assets that perform across Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms. This role requires independence, creativity and technical mastery. You won't be waiting for a graphic designer to hand you assets, you'll create them from scratch, animate them and optimize them for impact. Your work will directly influence campaign performance, engagement rates and client satisfaction.
