daily work.Driving and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence; specifically,

“ pull” planning processes and methods along with and demand pattern segmentation analytics.Build a network of highly skilled and talented professionals for progression.Setting Policies around Service Level Strategies with the Business, gaining commercial and financial alignment, including integration within the Free Cash Flow financial plans.Actively manage relationships with regional distribution center & planning team - 40% travel (25% domestic & 15% rest of the world)Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate.Detailed involvement in transition execution, PFEP, & SKU RationalizationDefine commodity strategies for assigned spend considering any global sourcing strategies and tailoring them to fit the local business requirements.

Essential Requirements:Min 20+ years of experience in Supply, Production Planning, Materials Management, or other Sales Inventory & Operations planning-related functional area.Deep expertise with an ERP/MRP system (we use JDE) and Lean materials planning and flow.The candidate must be from a manufacturing environment preferably from the automobile industry.Responsible for Asia supply chain and willing to travel as required.
