The role involves developing and maintaining Test Data Management (TDM) tool functionalities, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system resilience, performance, and security. The individual will lead technology adoption, monitor system health, and contribute to secure cloud-based infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.What you will do Develop and enhance functionalities of the TDM tool. Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, etc. Implement and optimise monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Loki, Tempo). Maintain highly available and secure systems with strong AWS Cloud expertise. Lead the team in adopting new technologies and improving system non-functional requirements (NFRs). Conduct security assessments using SAST and DAST tools. Apply GitOps principles and infrastructure-as-code practices (, Terraform). Troubleshoot and analyse system performance and cost efficiency. Who you are Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including 3+ years in Java development and 2+ years in DevOps/Cloud. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud automation. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid working models. Proficient in Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and GitHub Actions. Demonstrated eagerness to learn and share knowledge. Preferred certifications: SAFe Agile, AWS DevOps, Java. Additional experience in Kafka, caching mechanisms, and relational databases.
