Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:

Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and other creative methods.Screening and Assessment:

Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, providing insights and recommendations to ensure successful placements.Candidate Presentation:

Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and potential contributions.Negotiation:

Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates.Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for success.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
