About the role

We’re looking for a rockstar ML Engineer looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and hands-on professional with a solid foundation in machine learning, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP). The role involves developing and deploying NLP models for tasks such as information extraction, classification, and semantic search. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Python programming, ML fundamentals, and experience working with LLMs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy NLP models using Python, FastAPI, and ML frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering for NLP tasks.
  • Train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for performance and accuracy.
  • Experiment with different ML architectures and algorithms to improve model performance.
  • Deploy ML models into production using Docker and AWS.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant ML experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
  • Experience with NLP techniques such as text preprocessing, tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, and feature extraction.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with LLM-based projects (e.g., information extraction, classification, semantic search).
  • Knowledge of Docker for containerization and AWS for cloud deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
