Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all orders.Digital Marketing Implementation and Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on eCommerce and quick commerce platforms

optimizing for maximum ROI.Data Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.Vendor Coordination: Engage with category managers and vendors on a monthly basis to ensure PO alignment, optimize performance and increase sales.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.Label and Packaging Management: Ensure all product labels and packaging materials are prepared and available as needed.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably within the FMCG or dairy products industry.

Skills:Proficient in using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and EasyEcom.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Experience in digital marketing and advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Google, Amazon and Zepto.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Order Fulfilment Rate: Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem resolution.Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Advertising ROI: Optimize ad spend to maximize return on investment.Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
