Responsibilities :

- Analyze and document current SAP S/4 HANA Finance (on-premise or cloud) business processes

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts for core FICO functionalities (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany)

- Dedication to meet the customer requirements and expectations, taking ownership of problems and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.


- Good problem analysis skills and English communication skills, verbally and in writing.


- Ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority.


- Experience in global implementation/support of an S4 HANA JVA solution.


- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO


- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions


- Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements


- Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO


- Document functional designs, test cases and results.


- Working knowledge on the conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is desired


- Working knowledge of ABAP debugging skills is desired


- Ability to conduct and facilitate complex and interactive solutioning workshops


- Deep understanding of Agile concept of Project Delivery and PDO concept


- Make recommendations on implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems.


Minimum Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience working with SAP Finance (preferably S/4 HANA)

- Proven experience in functional testing methodologies and tools

- In-depth knowledge of FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Intercompany)

- Experience with test plan development, test case creation, and test data management

- Proficiency in a test management tool (HP ALM preferred)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills


- Minimum 8+ years of experience in S4 HANA Finance module configuration and understanding of the associated business processes.


- Should have handled 1 or 2 implementations and have strong experience in providing solutions for Finance business processes.


- Work experience on the areas such as handling complex Change requests / enhancements is a must.


- Should have good understanding of Finance Close, Consolidation and Group reporting activities.


- Certain degree of knowledge in S4 HANA integration with other modules will be an advantage
