Experience : 5+ years. Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute Automic product installations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions for enterprise clients. Serve as the primary technical contact for end customers during project delivery, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the engagement. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Automic deployments. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment activities, configurations, and post-project support. Collaborate with client IT teams to plan and coordinate project milestones and deliverables. Provide knowledge transfer, training, and guidance to client personnel as needed. Qualifications: Strong, hands-on experience with Automic (Automation Engine), including installation, configuration, and administration. Demonstrated background in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of IT automation concepts, batch job scheduling, and enterprise IT environments. Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) experience. Experience conducting end-to-end migrations/upgrades of automation platforms with minimal downtime. Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with UNIX/Linux and/or Windows server administration. Nice to have Skills: Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
