Wellness Coordinator

We help corporates, colleges and government organisations build resilient communities.We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program - Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling.We work with them through awareness modules, self-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organisation-level diagnostic and reporting.Our offerings include Product Led Engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, Manager Training and much more. We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organisations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily deployment of counsellors and Wellness Buddies across hostels; maintain rosters, attendance, and schedules.Coordinate with psychologists, psychiatrists, wardens, and doctors to manage critical casesFollow up with critical cases to ensure effective follow upTrack engagement metrics, maintain reports on utilisation, sessions, and wellness events.Act as the on-ground escalation point for emotional emergencies and ensure timely coordination with the wellness team.Assist in planning and executing wellness campaigns, workshops, and campus activations that promote mental health awareness.Serve as the first point of contact during emergencies, ensuring timely escalation and response coordination.Facilitate monthly review meetings, collect feedback from students and counsellors, and ensure continuous improvement.Collaborate with student representatives to promote wellness services through posters, digital groups, and in-hostel outreach.Requirement:Must have exceptional problem solving skillsA psychology/MSW background is a plusMust have a Generalist mindset with experience and ability to manage projects/ problems.Must have great written & oral communication skills to be able to coordinate and work with different teams for various training initiatives.Great communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable managing emergency situationsShould be able to communicate in English and Hindi, Bengali would be a plus
