The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of mixed martial arts training experience with competitive background or certified coaching credentials. This role involves conducting technical MMA classes, teaching various disciplines (striking, grappling, wrestling), mentoring fighters, and maintaining the highest standards of martial arts excellence.
