Job purpose:
Planning, execution and supervision of Finance, Banking operations related to
New Greenfield Project
of Rayong & Accounts, Cash Flow , Project Spending management of Birla Carbon Thailand as a whole. Includes coordination with other Project team members and perform, organize, and review the banking operations like funding, issuance of LC & BGs for project vendors and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliances related and its reporting and analysis to ensure monthly review, analysis and reporting for the CFO and Management review. Ensuring Project spending, Assets classification, Cash management are properly complied for and in conformity with systems and policies of the Company.
This is critical position to plan, execute and supervise the banking operations like Capex Spending, Cash Flow Management , overseas payment, funding, issuance of Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees for New Project Suppliers and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliances.
Volume to be handled : New Project of 250 KT in two phase and its Finance activity.
Financials to be handled:
Handling Banking and Treasury operations of New Expansion Project 152 million US at Rayong by Birla Carbon Thailand, a listed entity, currently having Six Manufacturing Lines and as per March 24 Financial Statement having 262 KMT Production, Sales 12,976 THB Million and Net Profit 3,238 THB Million and working capital around are 7,678 THB Million.
Staffing : Working with Site Finance Manager and Project Team and other colleagues based at Bangkok and Angthong for Capex spending, Monitoring and treasury and tax and other finance activities and coordination with them and with other Plant and HO team and Internal and external on regular basis is key for this position.
Geographic:
Position is based at Rayong, Thailand and coordination and interactions with Project Team, finance team and other functions and with Accounts Office at Angthong and Corporate HO as required is key for this position
Major responsibilities -Banking & Treasury OperationsProject Spending, Bill passing and Assets Accounting.Overall Coordination, Legal and regulatory Compliances of Tax, WHT, Local Law and its reporting.
Compensation : Guaranteed Cash between 38,000 USD - 40,000 USD
Related Education & ExperienceProfessional degree in accounting with CA/ICWA With 5 to 7 years’ experience in P roject Finance and Bill passing.Having Banking and treasury management experience.Experience in Reputed Manufacturing Company in Plant Finance and Project Accounts.Good Communication and Previous experience.
