This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in product development, prototype creation, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and eager to contribute to bringing new products from concept to reality.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & CoordinationCollaborate with NPD team members and skilled workmen to oversee prototype development from initiation to completionEnsure timely delivery of prototypes while maintaining quality standardsDocument development processes and maintain project timelinesMarket Research & SourcingConduct field visits to local markets in Bangalore to identify and source innovative materials and hardware componentsResearch emerging trends in materials and product componentsBuild and maintain a database of potential suppliers and material sourcesVendor & Supplier ManagementCoordinate with suppliers to develop samples and prototypes according to project specificationsNegotiate terms and ensure quality compliance from external vendorsMaintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providersField OperationsTravel approximately 30% of the time within Bangalore for prototype-related activities and vendor coordinationConduct site visits and supplier meetings as requiredRepresent the company professionally during external engagementsRequired QualificationsEducational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Design (B.
