We are seeking a highly skilled Software Tester with expertise in testing AI features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, particularly in the context of artificial intelligence and generative AI. They will be responsible for designing and executing test cases to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of AI-driven features within our software products.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to understand AI feature requirements and functionalities.

Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies specifically tailored to AI-driven features.

Identify test scenarios, edge cases, and potential risks associated with AI algorithms.

Design and implement test cases to validate AI model inputs, outputs, and behavior.

Create automated test scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.

Execute tests manually and/or using automated testing frameworks.

Assess the performance of AI algorithms under different datasets and conditions.

Evaluate the performance of AI features in terms of speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Conduct stress testing and load testing to assess system robustness under heavy workloads.

Document and report defects found during testing using issue tracking systems.

Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues, providing detailed information and context.

Verify bug fixes and validate software enhancements related to AI features.

Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of quality and innovation.


Must Have:

Ability to test AI-driven features.

Thorough hands-on on Generative AI

Strong knowledge in Manual, Automation testing (selenium), element locators, software QA methodologies, tools & processes

Experience in Selenium and Python (RobotFramework)

Expert in writing testcases (manual & automation) and thinking out of the box for scenarios.

Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS)

Understanding of CI/CD process (Jenkins, Gitlab)

Ability to work on Linux platforms.

Should have knowledge of databases.

Deep understanding of Agile process

Capable of learning new technologies and products quickly.

Ability to learn fast, work collaboratively on a highly effective team.

Possess strong skills to rapidly understand the requirements and effectively apply in testing.

Self-motivated and self-enabler

Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.


Good to Have-

Knowledge of other Automation Frameworks

Exposure on networking

Educational Qualifications BS or BA

Software Testing certifications

Manual and automation testing experience
