JOB DETAILS Role Overview The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, handling daily stock operations, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with departments for smooth inventory flow. This role requires a detail-oriented candidate with at least 1 year of inventory or store experience. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Inventory Control •Maintain accurate stock records and update entries daily. •Assist in daily/weekly/monthly stock audits. •Track inward and outward goods and update systems accordingly. •Monitor low stock and report shortages on time. Warehouse & Store Handling •Ensure all products are stored, labeled, and arranged properly. •Support receiving and dispatching processes. •Coordinate with storekeepers and warehouse staff. Documentation & Reporting •Prepare stock reports and discrepancy reports. •Maintain GRN (Goods Received Note), damage stock records, and purchase entries. •Assist in reconciling physical vs. system stock. Coordination •Coordinate with purchasing, production, sales, and accounts teams. •Support vendor returns, exchanges, and damaged product processing. System & Process Handling •Update Excel/Google Sheets or inventory software accurately.
