Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Here at Cloudphysician, designers help visualize and envision how users experience our products, by taking on complex use-cases and transforming them into intuitive, innovative, and easy-to-use designs.

Cloudphysician product team is a multidisciplinary team of clinical folks, designers, product Managers, QA, Engineers and more: we care deeply about our medical users and are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity of our solutions. The design team plays an integral role in gathering insights about the user journey, attitude, emotion, and behavior of the people who are using our products. We collaborate closely with each other and create industry-leading products that deliver value for the people who use them.

You will be leading the product design team, an innovation team building the next generation of healthcare technology and human-machine interface. As the lead designer, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining user-centered design methods to formulate industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution and collaborate with the larger team to evolve Cloudphysician’s design language to build innovative, inspired, beautiful products that people love to use. We strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, and forward-thinking UI/UX leader to help shape the user interface and user experience of the RADAR platform.

  • Lead the team: Be the visionary and the creative force to lead the design team
  • Design and Develop: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across web, iOS and Android.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences, and apply these insights to your designs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility of your designs and their implementation.
  • Visual Design: Develop high-quality visual designs, including icons, graphics, and animations, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency.
  • Iterate: Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and changing requirements.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our mobile applications remain at the forefront of design excellence.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise software.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Zeplin, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Research: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve user experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Prior experience with design work in a product company.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
  • Experience in designing exemplary mobile and tablet interfaces for native apps (Android & iOS) is an added bonus.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • An iterative approach, ability to move quickly from idea to validation and documenting user flows, personas and pain-points.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a bonus.
