We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to oversee multiple AI & Digital Transformation projects, ensuring exceptional delivery and seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will play a crucial part in setting a high standard for our project management processes, bridging process gaps, and mentoring junior Project Managers. As the Sr Agile Project Manager, you will ensure that stakeholders receive a “wow” experience through efficient, transparent, and customer-centric project management.

Title : Senior Agile Project Manager

Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Exp level : 7 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee multiple concurrent AI & Digital Transformation projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to facilitate iterative and efficient project delivery.
  • Plan and set up Agile Ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective, etc. Facilitate daily stand-ups, to monitor sprint progres
  • Maintain a clear and organized view of all project timelines, deliverables, and risks, and provide proactive solutions to potential challenges.
  • Implement agile project management frameworks to optimize project flow and ensure successful iterative delivery.
  • Set high standards for project deliverables, ensuring each project stage meets quality expectations.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, identifying areas for improvement to maintain project excellence.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive Project Charter to define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Maintain a Risk Register to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively, updating stakeholders as necessary.
  • Establish and update a RACI Matrix for each project, ensuring clear delineation of responsibilities and accountability across team members.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports , tracking progress, highlighting risks and issues, and providing updates on deliverables.

Mentorship and Team Development:

  • Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, supporting their growth in agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with junior team members, providing constructive feedback and skill development opportunities.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve process gaps that impact project efficiency or quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing agility and transparency across projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, customer-focused experience.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively, tailoring communication to various stakeholders' needs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalations, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Atleast 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in agile project management and 3+ years managing AI/Cloud/Digital Transformation focused projects.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with proven success in implementing Agile frameworks across teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Artifact Creation: Skilled in creating essential project documentation, including project charters, risk registers, RACI matrices, and project reports.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and fostering strong relationships.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering an outstanding, customer-first experience to stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline project delivery.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFE is required.
  • High IQ and EQ

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in CSPO/PSPO, PMI - PMP are preferred.
